Booking Conditions: ARHolidays

These booking conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any written information provided before your booking is confirmed, form the basis of your agreement with ARHolidays. Please read them carefully, as they outline our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities when booking with us.

References to “you” or “your” include the lead passenger and all travelers listed on the booking.

If anything is unclear, please contact our customer care team before confirming your arrangements.

1. Our Role as Your Agent

ARHolidays usually acts as a booking agent, meaning your contract is with the travel service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, transfer company, etc.). We will always make it clear whether we are acting as an agent or, in limited cases, as the package organizer.

2. ABTA Membership

We are a member of ABTA (P7133) and follow ABTA’s Code of Conduct, ensuring high standards of service. If an issue cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to use ABTA’s independent dispute resolution service.

3. Accommodation Standards

Accommodation ratings are provided by the supplier and may vary between countries. They are intended as a guide only. Safety standards may also differ outside the UK.

4. Making a Booking

By confirming a booking, the lead passenger accepts these terms on behalf of the whole party.A deposit or full payment (as advised) must be made at the time of booking. Please check all booking details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

5. Complaints Procedure

If an issue arises during your holiday, report it to the supplier or their representative straight away. If the matter is not resolved, contact us so we can assist. Unresolved issues involving ABTA members may be referred to ABTA’s ADR scheme.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

If a supplier changes or cancels your booking, we will notify you promptly and pass on any alternatives or refunds offered.

7. Travel Documents

Travel documents are usually sent by email. Once issued, we are not responsible for loss or delay unless caused by our negligence.

8. Flights

For most low-cost airlines, we act solely as your agent, and you enter a direct contract with the airline. Their terms and conditions will apply.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is essential. It should cover medical expenses, cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. Please ensure all details are correct and disclose any medical conditions.

10. Amendments & Cancellations by You

All changes must be requested in writing by the lead passenger. Suppliers may apply charges, and we may apply an administration fee.

11. Our Responsibility as Agent

Our responsibility is to arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the performance of the travel services themselves. Our liability, if found at fault, is limited to three times the cost of your booking (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

12. Service Charges

We may apply service fees, which will be clearly shown on your confirmation.

13. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers meet passport, visa, and health requirements. Most countries require at least six months’ passport validity beyond your return date.

14. Payments

Deposit and balance due dates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation by the supplier.

15. Special Requests

We will pass on any special requests to suppliers, but these cannot be guaranteed.

16. Your Contract with the Supplier

Each travel service is subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Where multiple services form a package, ARHolidays may be the package organizer, and additional rights will apply.

17. Financial Protection

Many arrangements we sell are financially protected. For ATOL‑protected bookings, you will receive an ATOL certificate outlining your cover.

18. Secure Your Booking Enquiry for £1

This £1 enquiry slot reserves your place in the booking queue and ensures your holiday request is handled quickly and accurately. Once your slot is secured, you can submit your travel details and we’ll begin checking availability, prices and options with our trusted suppliers. The £1 fee is non‑refundable and covers the time spent reviewing and preparing your enquiry.
